If you in rush - FedEx Express shipping (at extra special price) stress free and super fast method is strongly advised.
For all other country's - please contact me BEFORE you place your order (Your order may need FEDEX Express shipping method at extra cost(4-6 working days delivery *from the day i send it to you).

Shipping policies

​Shipping is from Cyprus EU by 1class AIR, insured and registered & track-trace Worldwide.
Optional FedEx Express service Worldwide is available, just contact me for details.
All orders delivered will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they will leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you do not have a mobile phone, please enter a landline day phone number.
TIME NEEDED FOR HANDCRAFTING:
Stefana, Martyrika, Skirts - up to 8 working days plus shipping time. Other items - up to 5 working days plus shipping time.

EU - There is NO customs charges for buyers from EU.
Rest of the world - Customs fees, sales tax or import duties MAY BE applicable at your destination country, depends on your country laws. Any holds by customs and import charges incurred on receipt of parcel are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

- Items that was send with FedEx Express or any other Rush shipping method.
- Extra customized items (such as tulle skirts, personalized witness pins/ bracelets or martyrika) since it will be made just for you by your personal instructions, color and measurements.
- Seasonal items (EASTER and CHRISTMAS)
- Baby shoes and undergarments sets
- I have sent you the wrong item
- Candles: Wedding, Baptismal and Easter Candles (Lambades) (Due to the fragility)
- Items with marks ''Sale'' ''Offer'' "40% off" "20% sale", "30% sale" on listings.
All sales on this category's is final.
- "I not like the color", "Item not match my color theme", " i not need it anymore" " is not shade of gold i needed" and similar requests for return- - No refunds or returns in this cases. Item was handmade specially for you and many working hours was put to create your order. In any case, email me to find the best solution for you.
''RETURNS''
For the return items you need first to contact me with reasons you want to returns your order. Then i will let you know the best way to return item to me. Items must be returned in the original condition, wrapped with bubbles as it was send, unused and unopened and the Tag connecting the items together Uncut. If returned products arrive damaged due to bad package ( without bubbles wrap for example) or used or the Tag connecting the items together cut, we will NOT be able to provide a refund. Also, i strongly recommend you use an insured, traceable shipping method to return the item. Please allow me 1 week for processing your refund after i get item back to me. Refunds are made in the same form as original payment. The original postage charges will NOT be refunded, unless if i have sent to you the wrong item.
If damages or defects do occur, please contact me immediately.
Photographic evidence is REQUIRED to asses the damage and determine course of action.
All items are send Cyprus AIR Registered track and traces shipping method. You will have tracking number to follow your package. I pack my items very securely.
I am NOT responsible:
- For Covid -19 delays on airports and as result delay for your package delivery.
- For refused or abandon shipping.
- For any duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment.
- Your refusal to pay duties or taxes in your country.
- You provide an invalid address.
- A carrier makes three(3) unsuccessful attempts to deliver a shipment to your home, but cannot because you are away and/or do not pay duties and taxes on the shipment.
- Your parcel is returned by customs because its contents are not allowed to be imported into your country.
- Your refusal of any shipment for any reason.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is current and updated as needed. Please be sure your address is correct before ordering. If an incorrect shipping address is provided on your order and you do not advise me of a corrected address in advance of shipping, i have no way to retrieve your order once shipped. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address on your order, shipping charges will apply to re-send it to you at a different address. If tracking shows package as "Delivered" to the incorrect address on your order - I Do Not Free Replace or Refund orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.
