Do you make custom items?

Yes! I welcome custom order requests and would love to create something special just for you! Please note the following regarding custom orders: • Orders with design changes, sizing adjustments, or special order beads, fabric or ribbons may be priced higher than a similarly posted item. • Payment for custom orders is required in advance of work starting on your order. • Once we've confirmed all your requirements, I will create a custom listing for you. • Once you purchase the listing, I will then procure any needed materials.
Can you rush my order?

IF YOU NEED AN ORDER RUSHED TO YOU BY A CERTAIN DATE, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE ORDERING! (I have rush shipping option FedEx Express service. Check my shop for FedEx Express listing. ✔Note that there is NO returns in items send with FedEx Express shipping method)✔. No refunds will be processed if you do not let me know that you in rush and your event is very near and i handmade and already send your order to you by normal AIR post. If I do not think I can get it to you by that date, I will let you know so that neither of us wasted our time. Thank You for understanding.
When i will get my order?

Shipping is from Cyprus EU by AIR 1 class, track-trace Worldwide. You will have tracking number to follow your package. Do you do local delivery and pickup?

Local delivery - Sure i do. Pickup - I'm sorry, my studio is not zoned for commercial visitors. Local pickup voids many payment processor protections, so all items must ship by trackable post.
How do you pack your orders and do you offer Gift wrapping?

All my handmade items PROFESSIONALLY wrapped as a gift with ribbons. Skirts, Stefana, Martyrika, Boutonnieres will placed in handmade, specially designed for my items boxes and will be wrapped as a gift with silk ribbons. Ring pillows and baptism oil sets not have box but will be in clear package, wrapped as a gift with ribbons.
